We now have request tracing in GoToSocial, which kicks ass!
It would be nice to add an example setup to our docs, to show people how to enable and view traces via some kind of frontend (grafana, jaeger... uhh... something else?). This ought to consist of a documentation page under the 'advanced' setup, and perhaps a docker-compose or something to deploy the necessary components.

This adds an example on how to get Grafana Tempo up to receive spans as
well as Grafana itself to view them.
I've added this as a separate Tracing doc in the installation guide as
the Advanced one was starting to get rather full.
