Light theme needs more testing #5

The light theme has not yet been extensively tested. On the bright side, nothing should look completely terrible or broken because there are only a few minor tweaks on top of the basic gitea theme, unlike the dark variant which overhauls all the interface colors. On the other hand, I do not care for light themes so I will only use the light variant during brief periods for testing, and may be unlikely to catch small issues or those in uncommon situations.

I made several adjustments to the light theme, as well as using it a bit, in the process of addressing other issues. It's really looking pretty good. It currently doesn't deviate from the default theme very much, so there's only a handful of things that could even theoretically be messed up.
